How to book

Bouncing Back is OPEN, but busy! Please use the online booking system. If you wish to be seen sooner please text me on 07704633853 so I can put you on my cancellation list. Appointments can be face-to-face or virtual.     

Choose the length of the session (30, 45, 60 or 75 mins). Initial assessments should always be 60 /75 minutes. Follow up appointments 30/45 minutes. Choose a date and start time from the calendar below. You will recieve a confirmation email with appointment details but please see below for frequently asked questions.



  • Please wear appropriate sports wear and sensible shoes/trainers as it makes assessment and rehabilitation easier.
  • We are able to accept either BACs, stripe, cash or card payments.
  • You will recieve a confirmation text/email of the appointment and a reminder 48 hours before the appointment, please read the details carefully. 
  • If you are unsure how long to book for please contact me and I will be able to advise you. It is recommended you book 60+ minutes for an initial consultation.
  • Cancellation policy: we ask that you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment or you will be charged. Please allow 72 hours if your appointment is on a Monday as I will not pick up messages on a Sunday.
